Porta Potty Rental in Perris, CA

Victory Portable Restrooms delivers porta potties to Perris from our yard at 26245 Monroe Ave in Murrieta, straight up I-215. We rent standard and construction portable toilets, ADA-accessible units and hand-wash stations for warehouse and housing job sites, events at the fairgrounds and around town, and home projects. Construction units start at $189 per 28 days with weekly service included, plus a delivery and pickup fee.

What kind of work needs portable toilets in Perris?

Perris has three kinds of demand that most nearby cities do not have in the same place: large industrial sites along I-215, new housing in the south end, and several venues that draw crowds to open ground.

Warehouse and logistics sites

North Perris is one of the Inland Empire's main warehouse districts. Figures the city's Planning Division gave to one news outlet counted 167 industrial facilities at the start of 2025, 147 of them warehouses (The Click, Feb. 2026). A trade publication reported a construction loan for a 631,011-square-foot logistics center at Ellis Avenue and Case Road, with construction expected to start in early 2026 (REBusiness Online). Ask the city's Planning Division for its current status.

One thing to know before you bid: in January 2026 the City Council extended a temporary moratorium on approving new warehouse and distribution uses (The Click). Other reporting gives the end date as December 9, 2026 and says projects that already hold vested rights are not affected (Riverside Record). Check with the city's Planning Division for the current end date and exemptions. Work on entitled sites, tenant improvements and site work continues, and those crews still need toilets from the first day of grading.

A tilt-up warehouse site is large and flat, and crews are spread across it. Plan on several units placed where people are working, not one cluster at the gate. See commercial construction and grading and paving.

New housing

South Perris is planned for homes. The Green Valley Specific Plan covers land near Goetz Road, Ethanac Road and Case Road (Green Valley Specific Plan, CEQAnet). Tract builders usually need units that move with the framing and finish crews from phase to phase. We can move a unit when we are on site for your regular service. If you need it moved sooner and we have to make a special trip, a relocation fee applies, and the amount depends on the location. See porta potties for home builders.

Older neighborhoods and home projects

Around downtown and D Street, the work is smaller: room additions, re-roofs, ADUs and remodels where the only bathroom is torn out. One unit on the driveway covers the crew. See home remodels and ADU construction. The city says to start the permit process in its online building and planning portal (City of Perris, Permits).

How many units does a Perris job site need?

Cal/OSHA sets the floor for every construction site in California (8 CCR §1526, §1527):

Workers on site Toilets Hand-wash stations
1 to 4 1 single-user unit Washing may be inside the unit
5 to 20 1 1, outside the toilet
21 to 40 2 2
41 to 60 3 3
Each additional 20, or part of 20 Add 1 Add 1

Count everyone on the site at the busiest point, including subcontractors. Our Cal/OSHA guide explains the details, and the calculator does the arithmetic.

Where do Perris events need porta potties?

Lake Perris Fairgrounds, 18700 Lake Perris Drive. The Southern California Fair is held here, listed by the state for October 8 to 11 in 2026 (CDFA fair dates). Check the fair's own site for current dates. The fair is run by the 46th District Agricultural Association, a state fair district, and the fairgrounds is not a city park, so promoters renting it deal with the fairgrounds office, not City Hall. Ask the office what restrooms are open for your rental and what it requires from outside vendors. See fairs and carnivals.

Perris Auto Speedway. The half-mile dirt track sits on the same fairgrounds. Its 2026 season was announced as its 30th, with 24 race nights (Perris Auto Speedway). Clubs, car shows and swap meets that use the lots around the track are the usual callers. See races and car shows.

Skydive Perris, 2091 Goetz Road. The drop zone at Perris Valley Airport hosts national competitions and multi-day gatherings (Skydive Perris). Teams, film crews and private groups working on the airport's open ground sometimes need their own units. Arrange placement with the airport first. See film shoots.

City parks and downtown. The city's Community Services department runs its own events, including a Cinco de Mayo festival and a fireworks celebration (City of Perris Special Events). Churches, schools and leagues that book a park often add units near the fields. See community events and sports tournaments.

For crowd counts, the industry chart puts 1,000 people over 4 hours at 8 units, and more when alcohol is served (PSAI). California also requires 5 percent of the units in each cluster, and never fewer than one, to be accessible (CBC §11B-213.2). Event rentals start at $189 per unit.

Does Perris require a permit for a porta potty?

A portable toilet on private property for a building project does not normally need its own permit, but confirm that with the city's Building and Safety Division. Three cases involve the city.

Situation Who to contact Lead time
Outdoor event, carnival, festival, block party or parade Planning Division, Temporary Use Permit under Zoning Code Chapter 19.60 The zoning code says to apply at least 30 days before the event
Event in a city park or facility Community Services, Request a City Facility Application 15 calendar days ahead
Unit on a street, sidewalk or other public right-of-way Engineering Department, encroachment permit Ask Engineering

The city's temporary use rules also call for liability insurance before a permit is issued. Confirm the current application form, fees and any restroom requirement with Planning. We did not find a toilet ratio printed in the city's materials, so ask Planning what count it expects and use the industry chart as your starting point. If the application asks who will supply dumpsters or haul trash, follow what the form says.

Food vendors bring in Riverside County Environmental Health, whose checklist calls for restrooms with hand washing within 200 feet of food booths (Riverside County DEH). Our permit guide walks through the paperwork.

Perris city limits are irregular. Addresses west of town in Mead Valley and Good Hope carry a Perris mailing address but answer to Riverside County, not the city.

How do you get to Perris from Murrieta?

We take I-215 north through Menifee. Rough distances from the yard:

  • South Perris, Ethanac Road and Goetz Road: about 18 miles.
  • Downtown Perris, 4th Street (Highway 74): about 21 miles.
  • North Perris warehouse district, Ramona Expressway and Harley Knox Boulevard: about 26 miles.
  • Lake Perris Fairgrounds: about 25 miles, east off I-215 on Ramona Expressway.

We offer same-day and next-day delivery. Every day is different. The earlier you call, the better the chance of same-day delivery. The phone is answered from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days a week, and the same number is answered 24 hours a day for emergencies.

What does it cost?

Construction units start at $189 per 28 days with weekly pumping, cleaning and restocking included. There is a delivery and pickup fee. We do not add fuel or environmental surcharges. ADA-accessible units and hand-wash stations are priced separately, and restroom trailers, which we arrange through partners, are quote-only. See pricing.

One call for the toilet, the dumpster and the fence

Many Perris sites need all three at once. Roll-off dumpsters come from our sister company, Victory Dumpsters. Temporary fence panels are arranged through our partners. See job site services.

Perris porta potty rental FAQ

Can you service units on a warehouse site with a guarded gate? Yes. Give us the gate hours, the check-in procedure and a site contact when you order so the weekly service truck is not turned away. Service runs on a set route, which is how we keep pricing competitive. You can request a specific service day. If your site needs a day that requires a special trip, the price may change.

Do I need a hand-wash station on a Perris job site? With five or more workers, yes. Cal/OSHA requires one per 20 workers, placed outside the toilet.

We are renting the fairgrounds for a weekend. Do the permanent restrooms cover it? Ask the fairgrounds office which buildings will be open and whether they are near your part of the grounds. Promoters often add units near parking, pits and camping areas.

Can a unit sit on the street in front of my house? Only with an encroachment permit from the city's Engineering Department. A driveway or side yard avoids that step.

Which nearby areas do you also cover? Menifee, Moreno Valley, Romoland, Nuevo and Mead Valley. See all service areas.
