Porta Potty Rental Prices in the Temecula Valley
A construction porta potty from Victory Portable Restrooms starts at $189 per 28 days with weekly service included, plus a delivery and pickup fee. Event rentals start at $189 per unit. We do not add fuel or environmental surcharges. ADA-accessible units and hand-wash stations are quoted when you call, and restroom trailers are quoted individually because we arrange them through a partner.
We publish our starting prices, so you can compare before you call. When we checked local operators' websites in October 2026, the ones we read did not list a price.

What is included in the $189?
- The unit. A construction portable toilet from our own stock, delivered from our yard at 26245 Monroe Ave in Murrieta.
- Weekly service. Once a week we pump the tank, clean the unit and restock the toilet paper. On a 28-day period that is four service visits.
- No fuel or environmental surcharges. Not as a line item and not as a percentage of the invoice.
Charged separately:
- Delivery and pickup, as a fee.
- Extra service visits, if you want the unit serviced more than once a week. The price is quoted when you call.
- Hand-wash stations. California job sites with five or more workers need a washing station outside the toilet, on the same one-per-20 ratio as the toilets. See the Cal/OSHA guide. Our toilets do not have hand sanitizer dispensers, so a station is also how people wash their hands. The price is quoted when you call.
Damage and tip-overs. If a unit is tipped over or damaged, call us and we will reset, clean or replace it. The renter is responsible for damage beyond normal wear, and a service fee may apply. We do not sell a damage waiver.
Moving a unit. We can move a unit when we are on site for your regular service. If you need it moved sooner and we have to make a special trip, a relocation fee applies, and the amount depends on the location.
How does 28-day billing work?
Construction rentals in this industry are billed in 28-day periods, not calendar months. A period is exactly four weeks, so every period contains the same four weekly services.
Things to know when you budget:
- There are 13 periods in a year, not 12. Fifty-two weeks divided by four is thirteen. A unit on site for a full year at $189 is billed 13 times, which is $2,457 before the delivery fee and any extras.
- It is not the same as a monthly rate. When you compare quotes, check whether the other price is per 28 days or per calendar month. $189 per 28 days works out to about $205 per average calendar month.
- You pay before delivery. The first 28-day period is paid seven days before the unit is delivered, or when you book if delivery is less than seven days away. After that, the rental bills automatically to your card every 28 days.
- Short jobs. Job site rentals bill in 28-day periods. Shorter rentals are available for special events.
- Ending the rental. A job site rental renews every 28 days until you cancel, and stopping the recurring service takes 28 days' notice. When the job is done and you need the unit gone, call us and we pick it up quickly.
What changes the price?
Unit type. An ADA-accessible unit is larger than a standard unit and is quoted when you call. A hand-wash station is quoted as its own item.
Construction or event. A job-site unit stays for weeks and is serviced on a weekly route. An event unit is delivered clean for a set date and collected straight after, often at a weekend. The two brokers that publish Temecula prices both list event units above construction units. Our event rentals start at $189 per unit.
Number of units. Multi-unit orders are quoted by the job.
Service frequency. One weekly service is included. A unit shared by a full crew in summer, or one near the top of the 20-worker bracket, may need two visits a week. Service runs on a set route, which is how we keep pricing competitive. You can request a specific service day. If your site needs a day that requires a special trip, the price may change.
Length of rental.
Location and access. A delivery and pickup fee applies. Tell us about locked gates, steep driveways or soft ground when you book, because the service truck has to reach the unit every week.
Timing. We offer same-day and next-day delivery. Every day is different. The earlier you call, the better the chance of same-day delivery. There is no rush fee when one of our trucks is already in your area. A last-minute or emergency delivery can cost more, depending on when you call and whether we have to bring in a driver or keep one late. A same-day request at 1 p.m. costs far less than an emergency call at 1 a.m. Call us for the exact price.
Events: days and service. A multi-day event needs the units serviced between days. Some city permits require it. That adds service visits to the quote.
How does Victory's price compare with published prices for Temecula?
The only Temecula-specific prices we found in print come from two national brokers. One of them, ASAP Marketplace, describes itself as searching a network of more than 5,000 rental providers. None of the local operators' websites we checked listed a price. Both sets of figures below were read from the brokers' Temecula pages in October 2026, and both are broker-published ranges, not quotes.
Standard construction unit with weekly service
| Source | Published price | Period | Delivery |
|---|---|---|---|
| Victory Portable Restrooms | From $189 | Per 28 days | A delivery and pickup fee |
| ASAP Marketplace, Temecula (broker) | $162 to $240 | Per 28 days | None listed on the page |
| ZTERS, Temecula (broker) | $215 to $245 | Per month | About $98 |
Other units, broker-published
| Unit | ZTERS (construction / event) | ASAP Marketplace (construction / event) |
|---|---|---|
| Standard unit | $215 to $245 / $220 to $261 | $162 to $240 / $247 to $320 |
| ADA-accessible unit | $305 to $332 / $305 to $345 | $199 to $300 / $412 to $540 |
| Hand-wash station | $225 to $266 / $210 to $239 | Call for quote |
| Delivery | About $98 standard, $123 ADA, $118 hand-wash station | None listed |
ASAP's event figures are for a single-day weekend event. ZTERS labels all of its figures per month, event units included, while our $189 event price is per unit for the event, so those two are not the same kind of price. ZTERS states that its rates include weekly servicing and are "not guaranteed quotes," and that extra service visits, damage or tip-over fees and same-day surcharges are not in its base rental.
What the comparison shows, stated fairly:
- Our $189 starting price is inside ASAP's range and below the bottom of ZTERS's range.
- It is not the lowest number in print. ASAP's range starts at $162. A range tells you what orders have cost, not what your order will cost, and ASAP's page does not show delivery or other fees.
- The honest way to compare is total cost for your job: rental for the number of periods you need, plus delivery, pickup, any surcharges and any extra services. Ask each company for that figure in writing.
When you order through a marketplace, ask which company will deliver and service the unit. With Victory, the company that quotes you is the company whose driver turns up each week.
Which fees are common in the industry, and which do we charge?
Extra charges are the main reason a final invoice differs from the advertised rate. These are the ones that appear in published fee schedules, with a source for each.
| Fee | Where it is published | Does Victory charge it? |
|---|---|---|
| Fuel surcharge | United Site Services lists a "Fuel and Inflation Surcharge" calculated as a percentage of the total invoice, in effect since August 1, 2022 (USS Explanation of Charges) | No |
| Environmental fee | Appears on some rental invoices in this industry. We did not find a published amount | No |
| Delivery, set-up and removal | USS lists a base charge plus a charge for each additional unit. ZTERS shows about $98 to $123 per unit type | Yes: a fee that covers delivery and pickup |
| Per-service charge | USS lists a recurring per-service charge, billed in addition to the unit rental | No for the weekly service, which is included. Extra visits are quoted when you call |
| Hand sanitizer charge | USS lists a recurring per-service hand sanitizer charge | No. Our units do not have hand sanitizer dispensers |
| Damage waiver or rental protection | USS builds rental protection into its recurring rental charge. One Texas operator publishes an optional damage waiver of $7.50 per unit (Texan Restrooms) | No. We do not sell a damage waiver |
| Damage, tip-over or vandalism charges | ZTERS lists these as excluded from base rental | Call us and we will reset, clean or replace the unit. The renter is responsible for damage beyond normal wear, and a service fee may apply |
| Same-day or rush surcharge | ZTERS lists same-day surcharges as excluded from base rental | None when a truck is already in your area. Last-minute and after-hours emergency deliveries can carry a charge that depends on the time and staffing. Call for the price |
| Extra service visits | ZTERS lists these as excluded from base rental | Yes, when you ask for them. Quoted when you call |
| Relocation on site | Not found in the published schedules we read | Only for a special trip. We can move a unit when we are on site for your regular service. If you need it moved sooner, a relocation fee applies, and the amount depends on the location |
None of the published schedules we read gives dollar amounts for surcharges, so we cannot tell you what they add to another company's bill. Ask for the percentage or amount before you sign.
How do I get an exact price?
- Tell us the address or cross streets, so we can confirm it is in our service area.
- Tell us whether it is a job site or an event, and the dates.
- Give us the crew size, or the attendance and hours. We will suggest a unit count, or you can bring the number from the calculator.
- Tell us about access: gates, slopes, surface, and where you want the unit.
- We give you one total: rental, service, delivery and pickup. Multi-unit orders are quoted by the job.
Need a dumpster on the same job? Roll-off dumpsters come from our sister company, Victory Dumpsters, and we arrange temporary fence panels through partners. See job site services for ordering them together. Ask about bundle pricing when you order portable toilets together with a dumpster or fence.
Pricing FAQ
How much is a porta potty for a month? A construction unit from Victory starts at $189 per 28 days with weekly service, plus a delivery and pickup fee. Per average calendar month that is about $205.
How much is a porta potty for one day or a weekend? Event rentals start at $189 per unit. For reference, two national brokers publish $220 to $320 for a standard event unit in Temecula.
Is there a delivery fee? Yes, a delivery and pickup fee. It covers both delivery and pickup. There is no separate pickup charge.
Do you charge a fuel surcharge? No. We do not charge fuel or environmental surcharges.
Why is it 28 days and not a month? Service runs weekly, and a 28-day period always holds four weekly services. It means 13 billing periods in a full year.
Is weekly service really included? Yes. A weekly pump, clean and restock is part of every 28-day construction rental. The restock is toilet paper. Extra visits are available and are quoted when you call.
What does an ADA-accessible porta potty cost? ADA-accessible units are quoted when you call. Accessible units cost more than standard units everywhere. Broker-published construction prices for Temecula run from $199 to $332. See ADA-accessible units.
How much is a restroom trailer? Trailers are quoted individually. Our partner supplies a two-station trailer, and we need at least 7 days' notice. Published figures for this area vary a great deal, so we give a firm quote for your date and site instead of a range. Our porta potty vs restroom trailer guide lists the published figures with sources.
Is there a minimum rental? Job site rentals bill in 28-day periods. Shorter rentals are available for special events.
Do I pay a deposit? For events, yes. A 50% deposit is due when you book, and the balance is due seven days before the event. The deposit is non-refundable, because once you book we hold those units for your date and turn away other rentals. Job site rentals take no deposit: the first 28-day period is paid seven days before delivery, or when you book if delivery is less than seven days away.
How do I pay? We accept all major credit cards. Job site rentals bill automatically to your card every 28 days.
How do I cancel? Job site rentals renew every 28 days until you cancel, and we need 28 days' notice to stop a recurring rental. For events, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Do prices differ between Temecula, Murrieta and Menifee? Construction units start at $189 per 28 days wherever we deliver. The delivery and pickup fee is quoted up front. We quote the total for your address before delivery.
