Job Site Services: Toilets, Hand Washing, Dumpster and Fence on One Quote

Setting up a job site usually means calling three or four companies. With Victory Portable Restrooms you make one call and get one contact for porta potties, hand-wash stations, a roll-off dumpster and temporary fence. We own and service the portable toilets and wash stations ourselves. The dumpster comes from our sister company, Victory Dumpsters, and the fence is arranged through partner companies. This page sets out exactly who does what.

What is in the bundle, and who actually provides it?

Service Who provides it What that means for you
Construction portable toilets Victory Portable Restrooms, from our Murrieta yard Our units, our trucks, our drivers. Weekly pump, clean and toilet paper restock included
ADA-accessible units Victory Portable Restrooms Same as above
Hand-wash stations Victory Portable Restrooms Water and soap refilled on the weekly visit
Roll-off dumpster Sister company Victory Dumpsters They set sizes, prices and swap schedules, and confirm service at your address

Restroom trailers Partner companies Arranged by us, mainly for events. Quote-only

You get one contact at Victory for the whole order.

Who is the bundle for?

  • General contractors and builders opening a new site who want toilets, a wash station, a dumpster and a perimeter in place before the first trade arrives. See general contractors.
  • Remodelers working at an occupied home, where the crew needs its own toilet and the driveway has to hold a dumpster too. See home remodels.
  • Owner-builders putting up a custom home or ADU who have never set up a site before and want someone to tell them what is needed. See custom home builds and ADU construction.
  • Commercial and tract superintendents who want fewer vendors to chase. See commercial construction and home builders.

What does a typical project need?

The table below is guidance, written as typical ranges. It is not a quote and not a legal minimum for your site. Your crew size, schedule and permit conditions decide the real numbers.

Project type Portable toilets Hand-wash stations Dumpster Temporary fence
Home remodel or addition (crew of 2 to 6, 1 to 4 months) 1 0 to 1 1 on the driveway, swapped as it fills Usually none. Sometimes the street frontage
Custom home build (crew of 5 to 15, 8 to 14 months) 1 to 2 1 1 on site through most phases, with regular swaps Often the full lot perimeter with one vehicle gate
Commercial tenant improvement (crew of 10 to 30, 2 to 5 months) 0 to 2, depending on whether the building's restrooms may be used 0 to 2 1, often in a loading or parking area the landlord approves Usually none, or a small fenced laydown area
Tract phase (crew of 40 to 100 or more, by phase) 2 to 5 or more, spread across the phase 2 to 5 or more Several, placed by lot group Perimeter and material yard fencing, often with screen

How to read the toilet and wash station columns:

  • The legal floor is one toilet and one wash station per 20 workers or fraction, counted on your busiest day and including subcontractors (Cal/OSHA §1526 and §1527). Twenty-one workers means two of each.
  • With fewer than five workers and a single toilet, the hand washing may be inside the unit. With five or more, the wash station must be outside the unit and not attached to it. That is why a small remodel shows "0 to 1".
  • A commercial TI can show zero only when the crew has real access to working restrooms in the building. Many landlords do not allow it.

The full rule, with worked examples, is in our Cal/OSHA porta potty guide. For unit counts by crew size, use the calculator guide.

We do not list dumpster sizes here. Victory Dumpsters recommends the size for your debris. For roofing work, that is the 20 yard dumpster.

How does ordering work?

  1. Call or send the quote form. Give us the site address, start date, expected duration, peak crew size and which services you want.
  2. We ask the site questions once. Ground surface, gate and driveway width, where trucks can get in, linear feet of fence, type of debris.
  3. We bring in the right people. The dumpster request goes to Victory Dumpsters. The fence request goes to a partner fence company.
  4. You get the pricing. Our portable toilet price is confirmed straight away. Dumpster and fence figures follow as soon as they are confirmed.
  5. You approve it and we schedule delivery.

How does scheduling work once the site is running?

Delivery order. On a new site, fence usually goes in first, then the portable toilets and wash station, then the dumpster, so each truck can get in and nothing is boxed in. If you are not fencing, toilets and dumpster can arrive in either order. Portable toilets from our yard can be delivered same day or next day. Temporary fence has a 3-day lead time. Dumpster timing is set by Victory Dumpsters.

Weekly service. Every portable toilet on a 28-day rental is pumped, cleaned and restocked with toilet paper once a week, and wash stations are refilled on the same visit. Busy sites can add a second weekly visit.

Dumpster swaps. When the dumpster is full, call and it is exchanged for an empty one.

Changes. Crew sizes rise and fall. Add units for framing and drywall, drop back for finish work. Tell us when the layout changes so the units stay reachable.

How should the site be laid out?

The four items affect each other, so plan them on one sketch.

  • Put the vehicle gate where the service truck and the dumpster truck can both use it. Tell us the gate width when you order fence.
  • Keep the portable toilet inside the fence but near the gate. Our driver needs to get the hose to it every week. A unit at the back of a muddy lot is hard to reach after rain.
  • Give the dumpster a hard, level spot with a straight approach. Do not park the porta potty or stack material in front of it.
  • Keep portable toilets away from storm drains and gutters. California stormwater guidance says to place them at least 50 feet from drainage where the site allows, and to secure them in high wind (CASQA WM-9). If your project has a SWPPP, show the toilet and dumpster locations on it.
  • Stay off the street and sidewalk. Anything in the public right-of-way needs an encroachment permit from the city or county. See the permit guide.

How is the bundle priced?

Each service is priced on its own terms and shown as its own line:

  • Portable toilets. Construction units start at $189 per 28 days with weekly service included, plus a delivery and pickup fee. No fuel or environmental surcharges. More on the pricing page.
  • Hand-wash stations and ADA units. Quoted when you call.
  • Dumpsters. Priced by Victory Dumpsters. Their rates are at victorydumpsters.com.
  • Temporary fence. Quote-only, based mainly on linear feet, gates, screen and rental length. See temporary fence rental.

Ask about bundle pricing when you order portable toilets together with a dumpster or fence.

What the bundle saves for certain is time: one set of site questions, one contact, and a layout planned as a whole.

Where is this available?

Portable toilets are delivered across the Temecula Valley and western and central Riverside County, including Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Perris, Hemet and Corona. The full list is on service areas.

Victory Dumpsters covers every community in our service area, and temporary fence is arranged across the same service area as our portable toilets.

Job site services FAQ

Do I have to take all four services? No. Take any combination. Toilets and a dumpster is the most common pair.

Is it cheaper than hiring each company myself? Ask about bundle pricing when you order portable toilets together with a dumpster or fence. Our own toilet pricing has a delivery and pickup fee and no fuel or environmental surcharges.
