Porta Potty Rental in Lake Elsinore, CA

Victory Portable Restrooms rents porta potties in Lake Elsinore for lakefront events, construction sites and home projects. Units come up the I-15 from our yard at 26245 Monroe Ave in Murrieta. Construction portable toilets start at $189 per 28 days with weekly service included, plus a delivery and pickup fee.

How fast can you get a portable toilet to Lake Elsinore?

The route is simple: I-15 north from Murrieta, through Wildomar, to one of four Lake Elsinore exits. Railroad Canyon Road serves the stadium area and Canyon Hills. Main Street serves downtown. Central Avenue (Highway 74) serves the north side, and Lake Street serves Alberhill. The distance from our yard runs from roughly 13 miles at Railroad Canyon Road to roughly 20 miles at Lake Street.

The lake changes the math for addresses on the far shore. Launch Pointe and the homes along Riverside Drive and Grand Avenue sit on the opposite side from the freeway, so the truck has to drive around the water. Tell us which side of the lake you are on.

Same-day and next-day delivery are available. We answer the phone from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day of the week, and the same number is answered 24 hours a day for emergencies.

What does the City of Lake Elsinore require for event restrooms?

Lake Elsinore is more specific about portable restrooms than most cities nearby. Its Special Event Application says you must provide portable restroom facilities unless you can show that enough accessible and non-accessible restrooms near the site will be open to the public during your event (Lake Elsinore Special Event Application).

The same application asks for:

  • The total number of portable toilets, the number of ADA-accessible units and the name of your restroom company.
  • Whether at least 10% of the portable restrooms will be accessible.
  • A site plan showing portable toilets, booths, cooking areas, trash containers, fencing and 24-foot emergency access lanes.

For trash containers and dumpsters, read the sanitation section of the application before you book a hauler.

Deadlines and fees. The city prefers applications 180 days ahead and accepts them no later than 60 days ahead. Its process page lists a $50 submittal fee, a $400 permit fee and a $1,000 refundable deposit, with late fees of 30% inside 60 days and 50% inside 30 days (Lake Elsinore event process and procedures). Applications are filed online through the city's Special Events Permit page.

Lake events are their own category. The city sorts events into community, private, lake and city events. Lake events are those held on the shores, beaches, levees, campgrounds or the water itself (process page). Shoreline placements need extra thought, because sand and soft ground near the waterline will not hold a loaded service truck. We place units on firm ground at the back of the beach or the edge of the parking area.

We can supply the unit counts, delivery times and company details the application asks for. Our porta potty permit guide compares the cities we serve.

Where are porta potties used in Lake Elsinore?

The lake and its shoreline. Lake Elsinore is described as the largest natural freshwater lake in Southern California (Wikipedia: Lake Elsinore, California), and the city calls it a 3,000-acre lake (City of Lake Elsinore: Lake Recreation). Fishing derbies, boat and jet ski events, triathlons, car shows and concerts on the lakefront all bring crowds to places with few fixed restrooms. See festivals and concerts and fairs and carnivals.

Launch Pointe. The lakefront RV park and recreation area at 32040 Riverside Drive has a community hall and books weddings and events (Launch Pointe). Large gatherings on the lawn areas may need added units. Ask the venue what it allows before you order.

The Diamond. The Lake Elsinore Storm play at the Lake Elsinore Diamond, a minor league ballpark built in 1994 (Wikipedia). The stadium has its own restrooms. Portable units are for what happens outside it: parking lot events, staging areas, vendor rows and overflow lots. See sports tournaments.

Motocross and off-road events. Dirt bikes are part of the city's identity. The Elsinore Grand Prix has run in and around town since 1968 (Wikipedia; RideApart). Check with the organizer for current dates. Race weekends spread riders, pit crews and spectators over open dirt lots. Those sites need units at the pits, at spectator areas and at camping areas, plus hand-wash stations wherever food is sold.

Older homes and lots on septic. Parts of Lake Elsinore were built long before the newer tracts, and some older properties may be on septic systems instead of sewer. Check with Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District if you are not sure. A septic tank sized for a family does not cope well with a 60-person party or a six-person crew using it for two months. A porta potty takes that load off the system. It also covers the gap when a septic tank or leach field is being repaired or replaced. See home remodels and private parties.

New construction. The California Department of Finance put Lake Elsinore at 74,483 residents on January 1, 2026, up 1.1 percent in a year (Department of Finance E-1 release). New tract and commercial sites need toilets from the first day. See construction porta potty rental and general contractors.

Do I need a permit for a unit at my house or job site?

Not normally, if the unit stays on private property and is there for a construction project or remodel. Do not place it on the street or sidewalk without asking the city first. The city requires an encroachment permit for work in the public right-of-way (Engineering FAQ), so call the city's Engineering Division before delivery if the street is your only option.

Homes in master-planned areas have HOA rules on top of city rules. If you live in Canyon Hills, read our Canyon Hills page, which covers HOA approval and driveway placement.

What does a porta potty cost in Lake Elsinore?

  • Construction unit: from $189 per 28 days, weekly service included.
  • Delivery and pickup: fee.
  • Events: event rentals start at $189 per unit.
  • ADA-accessible units and hand-wash stations: quoted separately.
  • Surcharges: none for fuel or environmental fees.

We stock standard, construction and ADA-accessible portable toilets and hand-wash stations. Restroom trailers are arranged through a partner for weddings and larger events. See pricing and restroom trailer rental.

What does Cal/OSHA require on a Lake Elsinore job site?

Count your workers and divide by 20. Each 20 workers, or any part of 20, needs one toilet and one hand-wash station on site. That is the California standard in 8 CCR §1526 and §1527, and inspectors apply it to a hillside custom home the same way they apply it to a large tract. The fine print is in our Cal/OSHA porta potty guide.

Lake Elsinore porta potty rental FAQ

Can you place units on the beach? We place them on firm ground next to the beach. The service truck has to reach each unit, and it cannot drive on loose sand.

How many accessible units do I need for a city-permitted event? The city's application asks whether at least 10% of your portable restrooms will be accessible. For 10 units, plan on at least one. For a single unit, make it the accessible one.

My event runs Friday to Sunday. Do you service units during it? Yes, we can schedule a service visit between event days. Tell us the hours so the truck arrives when the grounds are quiet. The extra visit is quoted when you call.

Can I rent a unit while my septic system is being replaced? Yes. A standard unit on a 28-day rental is the usual choice. Place it where it will not block the excavator's path to the tank or leach field.

Do you supply dumpsters for the same job? Roll-off dumpsters come from our sister company, Victory Dumpsters. For events, check the city's event application before arranging trash service. See job site services.

Do you serve the communities around the lake? Yes. We deliver to Lakeland Village, Wildomar, Canyon Hills, Canyon Lake and Meadowbrook. See all service areas.
