Porta Potty Rental in Wildomar, CA

Victory Portable Restrooms rents porta potties in Wildomar from our yard at 26245 Monroe Ave in Murrieta, the next city down the I-15. We supply construction and standard portable toilets, ADA-accessible units and hand-wash stations for builders, rural property owners and event organizers, with weekly service included on 28-day rentals. Construction units start at $189 per 28 days, plus a delivery and pickup fee.

Who is renting portable toilets in Wildomar right now?

Builders. Wildomar is one of the fastest-growing cities in California. The state Department of Finance put its population at 38,841 on January 1, 2026, up 3.9 percent in a year, the third-fastest rate among California cities over 30,000 (Department of Finance E-1 release). That growth is new housing, and every one of those sites needs toilets before the first trade shows up. See porta potties for home builders and general contractors.

Owners of rural and horse property. Some Wildomar properties are large rural lots, and some keep horses. Barn builds, arena grading, fencing and well or septic work all happen a long way from the house. So do trail rides and club events. A unit near the work saves the walk and keeps boots out of the kitchen.

Remodelers and ADU builders. Older homes on big lots are natural candidates for a second unit or a major remodel. See ADU construction and home remodels.

Event organizers. Community runs and other events use Marna O'Brien Park on Palomar Street (Patch event listing). Churches, schools and non-profits hold their own. See community events.

How close is your yard to Wildomar?

Close. Wildomar borders Murrieta on the northwest, and both of its main freeway exits, Clinton Keith Road and Bundy Canyon Road, are a few miles up the I-15 from our yard. Most Wildomar addresses are roughly 7 to 10 miles away. Properties east of the freeway toward The Farm and off Bundy Canyon Road are farther out.

Same-day and next-day delivery are available. The office is open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days a week, and the same number is answered 24 hours a day for emergencies.

What does the City of Wildomar require for an event?

Wildomar is its own city with its own process. The city's Temporary Event Application packet is unusually specific about sanitation, which helps when you are planning units (Wildomar Temporary Event Application, 8-1-25):

  • Apply in person at least 60 days before the event.
  • Temporary events are limited to six per calendar year.
  • Section 14, Sanitation, asks you to list the number of toilets, urinals and ADA units. It does not set a required ratio, so the count is yours to justify. Our porta potty calculator gives you a number you can defend.
  • Removal deadline. Temporary sanitation facilities must be removed on the first business day after the event. We schedule pickup to meet that.
  • Site plan. It must show toilets along with booths, beer gardens and cooking areas.
  • Food and drink. These need a Riverside County Environmental Health permit. The county's Environmental Health office for this area is the Temecula branch at 27431 Enterprise Circle West.
  • Fees listed in the packet range from $100 for a Wildomar resident to $725 for an outside applicant using a city park. The fee schedule dates from 2019, so confirm current amounts with the city.

We can give you our company details, unit counts and delivery and pickup times for the form. Our permit guide compares Wildomar with neighboring cities.

What about a unit on the street?

Work in the public right-of-way in Wildomar requires an encroachment permit from the city's Public Works Department (City of Wildomar General Notes). Ask Public Works whether that covers a portable toilet at the curb before you place one there. Keep the unit on your own lot and the question does not come up. A unit on private property for a construction project or remodel does not normally need a permit of its own.

What will it cost?

Item Price
Construction portable toilet, 28 days, weekly service included From $189
Delivery and pickup Quoted up front
Fuel or environmental surcharges None
ADA-accessible unit, hand-wash station Quoted separately
Event rental From $189 per unit

Extra service visits can be added for busy sites. See pricing.

Where should a unit go on a large or sloped lot?

Much of Wildomar is hillside or unpaved, so placement takes more thought than on a flat tract driveway.

  1. Level ground. A unit on a slope is unstable and drains badly. Pick or grade a flat pad.
  2. Truck reach. Our service truck has to get close to the unit every week. A long dirt driveway is fine if a loaded truck can drive it. Tell us about gates, steep sections and soft ground.
  3. Away from drainage. California stormwater guidance recommends keeping portable toilets about 50 feet from drainage courses where the site allows (CASQA fact sheet WM-9).
  4. Away from animals. On horse property, we suggest setting the unit outside turnouts and clear of where trailers turn.

Job site rules in brief

State law, not the city, sets the toilet count on a construction site. Under Cal/OSHA §1526 and §1527, a site with 5 to 20 workers needs one toilet and one hand-wash station set apart from it, 21 to 40 workers need two of each, and so on. A crew under five needs one unit. Read the Cal/OSHA porta potty guide before an inspection, not after.

Need a roll-off or fencing at the same address? Dumpsters come from our sister company, Victory Dumpsters, and fence panels are arranged through our partners. One call covers all three. See job site services and construction porta potty rental.
