Restroom Trailer Rental in the Temecula Valley
Victory Portable Restrooms arranges restroom trailers for weddings, winery events and upscale gatherings across the Temecula Valley and western Riverside County. We do not own the trailers. Our partner supplies a two-station trailer, and we supply our own porta potties, ADA-accessible units and hand-wash stations alongside them when an event needs both. We need at least 7 days' notice. Trailer pricing is by quote only, and this page explains why.
What is a restroom trailer?
A restroom trailer is a towable restroom building on wheels. Inside it looks much closer to an indoor bathroom than to a portable toilet: private stalls with flushing toilets, sinks with running water, mirrors, lighting and often heating and air conditioning. The trailer carries its own waste tank, so it does not need a sewer connection.
A standard porta potty is a single self-contained unit that needs no hookups at all. A trailer gives guests more comfort, but it asks more of the site: power, water, level ground and room for a truck to tow it in. Those four things decide whether a trailer will work at your venue.
Our porta potty vs restroom trailer guide compares the two side by side.
We arrange trailers. We do not own them.
The portable toilets, accessible units and hand-wash stations we rent come from our own yard at 26245 Monroe Ave in Murrieta. Restroom trailers come from a partner company that owns and maintains them.
Our partner supplies a two-station trailer. Whether it is open depends on your date, and we need at least 7 days' notice. The partner delivers, sets up and collects the trailer. You still make one call and get one quote, which can include portable toilet units from our yard.
We arrange trailers across the same service area as our portable toilets.
What sizes do restroom trailers come in?
Trailers are described by the number of stalls or "stations". The trailer we arrange through our partner is a two-station trailer. Larger trailers exist in the rental market, and the table below is general market information, not a list of what we offer.
| Trailer size | Typical layout | Rough guest range |
|---|---|---|
| 2 stall | One women's room, one men's room | Small weddings and private parties, up to about 150 guests |
| 3 stall | Two women's stalls, one men's stall, sometimes a urinal | About 150 to 275 guests |
| 4 to 5 stall | Separate women's and men's sides | Larger weddings and corporate events |
| 8 stall and up | Multiple stalls and urinals on each side | Large events, usually paired with portable units |
Where the guest ranges come from: one trailer operator publishes up to 150 guests for a two-stall trailer and up to 275 for a three-stall trailer at a six-hour event without alcohol (Zola vendor listing, The Courtesy Co). A United Rentals coordinator puts a three-stall trailer at up to about 250 guests (United Rentals). The Knot's rule of thumb is one stall for every 25 guests (The Knot), which is more cautious. These are rental-industry figures, not regulations.
Two adjustments matter in wine country:
- Alcohol. The Portable Sanitation Association International says to add 10 to 20% more capacity when alcohol is served (PSAI). A winery wedding is an alcohol event by definition, so size up.
- Staff. Count caterers, bartenders, the band and the photo crew. They are on site longer than the guests.

What does a restroom trailer need on site?
Ask your venue these four questions before you request a quote. The answers change the price and sometimes rule a trailer out.
| Requirement | What to check | If the venue does not have it |
|---|---|---|
| Power | A dedicated outlet close to where the trailer will sit. The circuits the trailer needs are confirmed at quoting. | A generator, usually an added cost |
| Water | A garden hose connection within reach. The distance is confirmed at quoting. | A trailer with an onboard fresh water tank, where available |
| Level ground | A firm, flat pad at least as long and wide as the trailer, plus room for steps or a ramp | A different spot, or portable units |
| Truck access | A route wide and tall enough for a pickup towing a trailer, with room to turn and back in | A different spot, or portable units |
Power runs the lights, the water pump and the air conditioning. Battery power will not last a long event, so a residential-type hookup or a generator is recommended (United Rentals). Where a venue has no power or hose connection, operators offer a generator or an onboard water tank as add-ons (ZTERS wedding guide).
Access is the one people forget. Low tree limbs, narrow ranch gates, tight turns between buildings and steep gravel drives can all stop a trailer. Send photos of the route with your quote request.
Is a trailer worth it, or will standard units do?
| Situation | Better choice |
|---|---|
| Formal wedding or reception where guests are dressed up | Trailer |
| Winery or estate with power, water and a flat pad near the reception | Trailer |
| Remote field, hillside or vineyard block with no power or water | Portable toilets and hand-wash stations |
| Large public event with a crowd in the thousands | Portable toilets in groups, with a trailer for a VIP or hospitality area if wanted |
| Guests who use wheelchairs, when the trailer has stairs | Trailer plus an ADA-accessible portable unit |
Two honest points:
- A trailer does not add more capacity per dollar. You pay for comfort. If the only goal is enough toilets, standard units cost less.
- Most trailers are entered by steps. Unless the partner can supply an accessible trailer with a ramp, plan an ADA-accessible unit on firm, level ground beside it.
How far ahead should I book a restroom trailer?
Earlier than you would book a porta potty. There are far fewer trailers than portable toilets, and one trailer can serve only one event per weekend.
- Temecula couples typically book their weddings 9 to 18 months ahead, and prime season runs March through May and again from late September through October (Palos Studio). One booking-data study puts May as the peak month for Temecula venue searches (Engine).
- Our advice is to ask for a trailer quote as soon as you have a signed venue contract and a rough guest count. For a spring or fall Saturday, months ahead is normal.
We need at least 7 days' notice to arrange a trailer. If your event is closer than that, or the trailer is booked for your date, we can tell you quickly and quote portable units from our own yard.
How much does a restroom trailer cost?
We quote every trailer individually and do not publish a price. The reason is simple: prices vary widely, and any number we printed here would be wrong for most readers. The price moves with:
- Date. Peak-season Saturdays cost more than a weekday in January.
- Rental length. One evening, a full weekend or a multi-day event.
- Distance and access. A long haul or a difficult site adds time.
- Extras. A generator, an onboard water tank, an attendant, or a mid-event pump-out for multi-day use.
Because we arrange trailers through a partner, we will give you one written figure covering the trailer, delivery, setup and pickup before you commit. Standard units are priced differently. See pricing for what we can publish.
Where should the trailer go at a winery or estate?
- Close to the reception, out of the photos. A short, lit walk from the dance floor, but not behind the ceremony arch.
- Screened from neighbors and the road. Riverside County's wine country zoning requires special occasion facilities to screen loading, trash and service areas with structures or landscaping and to locate them so that noise and odor for adjacent properties are kept to a minimum (Riverside County Code Title 17, Ch. 17.142). Ask the venue where its approved service area is.

Restroom trailer FAQ
Do you own the restroom trailers? No. We arrange them through a partner company, which supplies a two-station trailer. Our own stock is standard and construction portable toilets, ADA-accessible units and hand-wash stations.
Does a restroom trailer need a sewer hookup? No. Trailers hold waste in an onboard tank that is pumped after the event. They do need power, and most need a water connection or a filled onboard tank.
Will a trailer work for a multi-day event? Yes, but the waste tank and water supply have limits. Tell us the days, hours and headcount so our partner can plan a pump-out between days if one is needed.
Do I need a permit? The trailer itself does not normally need one on private property. The event may. A wedding at a winery operating within its county approval is different from an event on a private estate or public land. See our porta potty permit guide.
Which areas do you cover? We arrange trailers across the same service area as our portable toilets, including Temecula, Murrieta, Wildomar and Menifee. See all service areas.
