Porta Potty Rental in Valle Vista, CA
Victory Portable Restrooms delivers porta potties to Valle Vista, the unincorporated community at the east end of the San Jacinto Valley past Hemet. We rent standard and construction portable toilets, ADA-accessible units and hand-wash stations for larger lots, farm and grove crews, home builds and family events. Construction units start at $189 per 28 days with weekly service, plus a delivery and pickup fee.
What is different about Valle Vista?
Valle Vista is where the valley floor ends. It sits east of Hemet and San Jacinto, near the Soboba Reservation and the base of the San Jacinto Mountains, with Florida Avenue (Highway 74) running through it on the way up to Idyllwild. The 2020 census counted 16,194 residents in about 7 square miles (U.S. Census Bureau).
Three things about the place affect a portable toilet order:
- Lots run larger. Away from Florida Avenue many properties are larger, some with fruit trees, barns or animals. A unit often goes well back from the road, so truck access matters more than on a tract lot.
- There is still some farmland. Farm crews follow their own toilet rule, covered below.
- It has no city hall. Valle Vista addresses say "Hemet, CA 92544," but permits come from Riverside County.
Do I need a county permit for an event on my property?
Often not, if the lot is large enough. Riverside County's Temporary Event Permit instructions list events that need no permit:
| Your event | Permit? |
|---|---|
| Wedding, birthday or graduation party at a home, up to 100 attendees, no more than four on the lot in 12 months | No |
| Fewer than 100 attendees on a lot of one gross acre or more | No |
| Fewer than 300 attendees on a lot over 10 gross acres | No |
| Nonprofit fundraiser on private property that is not a dwelling, up to two days a month | No |
| Anything larger | Yes |
"Attendees" includes staff and vendors, not only guests. When a permit is needed, the county wants the application at least 60 days ahead for events of up to 300 people a day and 90 days ahead for larger, annual or commercial events. The county does not print a toilet count. It requires a sewage disposal, water and food service plan approved by County Environmental Health, and the site plan must show any septic system on the property. Exempt events still have to meet health and fire rules. Our permit guide has more.
If a unit would have to sit in a county road right-of-way, County Transportation issues encroachment permits (Riverside County Transportation). On a Valle Vista lot there is almost always room to keep it on your own ground.
Why rent a portable toilet for a home event here?
If your home is on a septic system, the tank and leach field were sized for a household. Eighty guests in an afternoon can overload it. One or two units near the gathering area take that load away and save guests a walk back to the house from an arena, grove or back lot. For a wedding where you want flushing toilets and sinks, we arrange restroom trailers through partners. See weddings and private parties. Event rentals start at $189 per unit.
Portable toilets for grove and farm crews
Hand-labor agricultural crews fall under Cal/OSHA 8 CCR §3457, not the construction rule. It requires toilets and hand-washing facilities for every 20 workers, within a quarter-mile walk or five minutes, whichever is shorter. Employers must keep written service records for two years. We can move a unit when we are on site for your regular service. If you need it moved sooner and we have to make a special trip, a relocation fee applies, and the amount depends on the location. See the Cal/OSHA guide for both rules.
Home builds, shops and remodels on larger lots
Owner-builders and contractors putting up a custom home, a detached shop or an ADU on acreage usually have no working plumbing near the work. Construction sites need one toilet and one hand-wash station per 20 workers, and one single-user unit covers a crew of fewer than five (8 CCR §1526, §1527). See custom home builds and ADU construction. Dumpsters for the same job come from our sister company, Victory Dumpsters.
For work inside a mobile home park or 55+ community, clear the placement with park management first.
Parks and ball fields
The Valle Vista Community Center at 43935 E. Acacia Avenue has a gymnasium and three ball fields and is run by the Valley-Wide Recreation and Park District (Valley-Wide). Leagues and groups planning a larger day there should ask the district what it allows from outside vendors. See sports tournaments.
Delivery to Valle Vista
Valle Vista is the eastern edge of our service area. From the Murrieta yard we take Winchester Road (Highway 79) north, then go east across Hemet on Florida Avenue or Stetson Avenue. Expect roughly 26 to 30 miles each way. Same-day and next-day delivery are offered. Every day is different. The earlier you call, the better the chance of same-day delivery. There is a delivery and pickup fee. Phones are answered 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily and 24 hours for emergencies. See pricing.
Valle Vista FAQ
Can your truck reach a unit behind my house or out by the barn? If a loaded service truck can drive to it and turn around, yes. Send a photo or map pin. We need to reach it every week, including after rain.
My address says Hemet. Do I use Hemet's event permit? No. Valle Vista is unincorporated, so the county process above applies. The City of Hemet's rules are on our Hemet page.
Where should the unit sit on a sloped lot? On the flattest firm spot available, away from drainage swales. Stormwater guidance suggests about 50 feet from drainage where the site allows (CASQA WM-9).
What nearby areas do you serve? Hemet, East Hemet and San Jacinto. See all service areas.
