Porta Potty Rental in Eastvale, CA
Victory Portable Restrooms rents porta potties in Eastvale for new-home and commercial construction, HOA and backyard projects, and community events. Units come from our yard at 26245 Monroe Ave in Murrieta, a straight run up the I-15, and Eastvale is at the far end of our service area, so we plan these deliveries a day ahead where we can. Construction portable toilets start at $189 per 28 days with weekly service included, plus a delivery and pickup fee.
How far is Eastvale from your yard, and how soon can you deliver?
We will be straight about this: Eastvale is one of the two farthest cities we serve. The route is the I-15 north from Murrieta through Lake Elsinore, Temescal Valley, Corona and Norco to the Limonite Avenue or Cantu-Galleano Ranch Road exits. That is roughly 41 to 44 miles each way. The drive takes longer when the I-15 backs up through Corona at commute hours.
What that means for you:
- Next-day delivery is the realistic plan. We offer same-day delivery across our service area, but for Eastvale it depends on where the trucks are that day. Ask when you call.
- We prefer to deliver outside the commute peaks, which makes arrival times more reliable.
- Weekly service still comes every week. Distance does not change the service included on a 28-day rental.
The office answers 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days a week, and the same number is answered 24 hours a day for emergencies.
What is being built in Eastvale that needs portable toilets?
Eastvale was dairy land until the late 1990s and became a city on October 1, 2010 (City of Eastvale history). Almost everything in it was built in the last 25 years, and the last large pieces are going in now.
The downtown and Eastvale Square. The Leal Master Plan covers about 158.6 acres at Hamner and Limonite avenues and is planned for up to 2,500 homes and 595,000 square feet of commercial space. The city broke ground on its civic center there in August 2025, with opening projected for the end of 2028 (City of Eastvale, Downtown and Civic Center). Tract and multifamily sites like these need several units spread across the phases, hand-wash stations and a route that keeps pace as crews grow. See porta potties for home builders and commercial construction.
Warehouse and business park work. The Goodman Commerce Center is a 205-acre industrial, retail and business park at the Cantu-Galleano Ranch Road exit, and its developer was reported to be adding flex space on the remaining parcels (SCXchange). Tenant improvements inside finished buildings often still need outside units, because the building's own restrooms are not open to trades until late in the job. See general contractors.
Pools, patios and backyard remodels. Eastvale's tract lots are compact and most yards are reached through a side gate. Pool and hardscape crews work for weeks without access to the house. See pool builders and landscape contractors.
Will my HOA allow a porta potty on the driveway?
Your neighborhood may have a homeowners association, and some homes fall under both a master association and a sub-association. The city does not regulate what your HOA allows, so check before you order:
- Read the CC&Rs or call the management company. Ask about temporary structures and how long one may stay.
- Ask whether the unit must sit behind a gate or out of view from the street. On a narrow side yard that may not be possible, and the driveway is the fallback.
- Tell us what the HOA requires. We will place the unit where our service truck can still reach it each week.
- If the street in your neighborhood is private, the HOA, not the city, decides whether anything can sit on it.
A unit on your own driveway for a remodel does not normally need a city permit.
Do I need a city permit for an event or a unit on the street?
Eastvale is an incorporated city, so city rules apply, not county zoning rules.
| Situation | Who to ask | Lead time |
|---|---|---|
| Public or community event | City of Eastvale, Temporary Event Permit | The city's information sheet says at least 60 days before. Confirm with Planning |
| Event using streets (run, parade, block party) | City of Eastvale Public Works, Special Event Permit application | Ask the city |
| Event in a neighborhood park | The park district that runs it, in most cases Jurupa Community Services District (JCSD) Parks | Ask the district |
| Unit or other object in the street or sidewalk | City of Eastvale Public Works, encroachment permit | Ask the city |
| Food or drink served to the public | Riverside County Environmental Health | Ask the county |
The city's information sheet says the temporary event application goes in at least 60 days before the event, is reviewed by Fire, Police and Public Works, and is issued by Planning once all of them approve (Eastvale Temporary Event Permit information). The street-event form lists a Riverside County Sheriff's application and a route or location map among its required submittals (Eastvale Special Event Permit Application). These are older documents, and a temporary event application form from the same period says 45 days, so confirm the current deadline and forms with the Planning Department.
For the street, Eastvale issues encroachment permits through Public Works (Eastvale encroachment permit form). Ask Public Works whether one is needed for a portable toilet at the curb. Keeping the unit on your own lot avoids the question.
Parks are a separate matter. Most of Eastvale's parks are run by JCSD, and a few by the Jurupa Area Recreation and Park District (City of Eastvale). JCSD's own Picnic in the Park at Eastvale Community Park on Citrus Street drew about 20,000 guests over three days in 2025 (JCSD news release). If you are booking a park for a tournament or a school or church event, ask the district that runs the park what it requires from outside vendors. Our permit guide explains what applications usually ask for.
How many units do I need?
On a job site, Cal/OSHA sets the minimum at one toilet and one hand-wash station for every 20 workers or fraction of 20. A crew under five can use one single-user unit (§1526, §1527). Details are in our Cal/OSHA guide.
At an event, count by crowd size and hours. As one reference point, the industry chart puts 1,000 people for 4 hours at 8 units with no service during the event (PSAI). California also requires 5 percent of the units in each cluster, and at least one, to be accessible (CBC 11B-213.2). Use the porta potty calculator for your numbers.
What does it cost in Eastvale?
Construction units start at $189 per 28 days with weekly pumping, cleaning and restocking included. There is a delivery and pickup fee. We do not add fuel or environmental surcharges, which matters on a long run like this one. ADA-accessible units and hand-wash stations are quoted separately. Event rentals start at $189 per unit. See pricing.
Dumpsters come from our sister company, Victory Dumpsters, and we arrange temporary fence panels through partners. See job site services.
Eastvale porta potty rental FAQ
Can you deliver today? Sometimes. Eastvale is a long drive from our yard, so we do not promise it. Call as early as you can and we will tell you honestly what the day allows.
My side gate is narrow. Can a unit go in the backyard? Usually not, and it should not. Our truck's hose has to reach the unit every week. The driveway or the front of the side yard works better. The unit needs to sit within about 30 feet of where our service truck can park.
Do you service sites in the Goodman Commerce Center and along Hamner Avenue? Yes. Send the site address and the gate or guard instructions with your order.
Which nearby cities do you cover? Norco, Corona, Jurupa Valley and Riverside. See all service areas.
